Service Description

If you are planning a caesarean birth and would like to understand more about the process, this is the course for you. The two hours are dedicated to discussing how you would like your caesarean birth to be, and giving you the confidence to discuss your options with your health care provider. This course covers: - We begin with a check in of how you are currently feeling - We cover the options available to you and how to discuss them with your Health Care Provider - We cover what happens on the day - Infant feeding preparation - How to plan for your postpartum recovery - We will also go through specific hypnobirthing techniques to help you remain calm throughout. You will receive handouts that you can take to your hospital appointments and a goody bag.
