Refresher Course

Service Description

My refresher course is designed for parents who have already completed a hypnobirthing course (no necessarily with me) and are pregnant with their second or subsequent baby. The course will run over three hours, in the comfort of your home or online. As a mum of two, I know how important flexibility is so if you want me to deliver the course in your home, with your other children, cats and dogs around, that's ok for me! Before we meet for our session, we will have a call to go through your specific needs and I will tailor the content accordingly. In addition to bespoke content, we will cover: - The Science bit of hypnobirthing - The Tools needed to prepare you to have a positive birth - Birth Rights You will receive a PDF copy of my client handbook, along with a goody bag.
